Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression Therapy and Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a powerful and simple way to access your subconscious mind. By guiding you gently into the alpha and theta trance states (the states before sleep) you are able to feel and experience many parts of yourself that are otherwise hidden.
Spiritual Hypnotherapy is the process of using this deep trance state to connect with your soul essence, the immortal part of yourself that is perfect, whole and complete. When you actually feel this light burning inside of you, you know without a doubt that you are ok. That you are worthy of everything and that your life here has a purpose and that you have chosen to be here for a specific reason.
Spiritual Hypnotherapy includes delving into past lives to uncover contracts that you have made with other souls, who exist in your present life. These contracts are very powerful opportunities for you to learn valuable lessons. When these lessons are learnt they provide you with a better understanding of your choices and help you to pull back your self esteem and worthiness.
While you are connected with your soul essence, you have opportunities to work energetically to cut ties and remove energies from other souls that you have brought imprints into this lifetime.
I use Reiki to assist the energetic work during hypnotherapy. This work is very deep, very powerful and definitely life changing.
Past Life Regression Therapy
Past Life Regression Therapy is the use of Hypnotherapy skills to take you into a deep trance state where you can access your subconscious and hidden memories.
All of your memories sit within your subconscious mind, deep below the surface of your everyday thinking.
These memories include what you ate for lunch a year ago, how you felt about the childhood bully and what your past lives were.
Past Life Regression Therapy requires a much deeper trance state than Clinical Hypnotherapy to be able to access the Past Lives and the soul space that exists either side of each lifetime.
Experiencing a Past Life can give you access to so much information that could be affecting your current life.
As a soul, we travel through our lifetimes to learn lessons. In some lifetimes we do not learn these lessons fully, therefore we take an imprint from this lifetime into the next or to the next lifetime where the awareness is there to learn it.
During a Past Life Regression so many clients experience a feeling or a situation that explains to them why they hold such a strong belief in their current life.
It is a profoundly deep experience as if you are actually there. Everything that is said is recorded so that you can listen back to it.
It also provides a space to reframe or relearn a belief, by challenging it or gaining a deeper understanding of it.
Letting go of beliefs in this space affects every cell in your being on an energetic level as well as the conscious understanding.
This allows for permanent change.
Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression
Life Between Lives (LBL) Spiritual Regression is the work of Michael Newton. Michael conducted over 7,500 LBL sessions over 35 years. This body of work became his research into the Spirit World. Over this time Michael researched and came up with the best methods and inductions to allow the client to become deep enough in trance to go even further than their Sub-conscious mind into the Super-conscious mind.
This Super-conscious state allows all memories of the Spirit World to be accessible to the client. This includes meeting your Spirit Guide, reuniting with your Soul Group, visiting the Council of Elders, the Library and the Life Selection room and so much more.
Michael has published four books including 'Journey of Souls' and 'Destiny of Souls' and the latest release 'Memories of the Afterlife'. Michael has also founded The Newton Institute to pass on his research and to train and certify hypnotherapists in this very specialised field all over the world. Currently there are only 194 trained in this field and growing every year.
Having a Life Between Lives Spiritual Regression is something that your soul draws you to. It is the most advanced form of Hypnotherapy and an LBL session can take from 4 hours to as long as 7 hours to complete. (The average is 3.5-4.5 hours)
The reason the session takes so long is becasue of the intricate process that Michael has developed. The session begins with a detailed conversation about expectations, questions and cast of characters. Then the trance work begins with relaxing the client then taking them through this life, through the womb, into the immediate past life and then into the Spirit World. This process in itself takes about 2 hours in trance and by this stage the client's super-conscious mind is open. Then the fun begins and the journey takes on a beautiful energy that is personal, profound and different for everyone.
Preparation for an LBL session
There is much to prepare for this type of session. The first part of the preparation process is to have a Past Life Regression session. This session is vital for many reasons. It is your first opportunity to enter into a very deep trance state and see how you go with connecting to your immortal self. The ability to do this depends on many things including readiness and also whether there is much pain to be cleared from this current life.
This is the other reason why a Past Life Regression is so important. It is a cleansing for the client on every level. An LBL session is about connection with your soul and exploration at the highest spiritual level. It is not about clearing trauma from this life or even from Past Lives but understanding ALL of the incarnations and the spiritual lesson and purpose of your existances.
I mention above that part of the LBL session is to visit a Past Life. This is very different to having a Past Life Regression session on it's own as it is not treated as a therapeutic release and not examined in as much detail in the LBL. In the LBL the Past Life death is the opening into the Spirit World.
If you have had a Past Life Regression in the past you may not need to have another one in preparation. If you haven't you can have it is soon as the day before.
The other areas of preparation include a list of questions to be asked in the Spirit World and also looking at your Cast of Characters. The people in this life that have had na impact, both positive and negative, on your life.

Reiki
Reiki is the channeling of universal life force. Working with energy is so important when you are healing as energy is the basis of everything. We store emotions as energy and when we are in a deep space of connection with ourselves we are able to release emotions and the energy attached to them so that they no longer sit in our energetic field.
I have been practising Reiki for the last 3 years and am currently in the process of completing my Reiki Mastership. I will use Reiki either directly onto you during your session or will use it to hold a space of love for you.
About me
My personal journey through life's challenges, has lead me to follow my path of continued learning and growth. Beginning with Reiki and Holistic Counselling, I knew that I could sit with an open heart and be there for people.
As my work progressed, I knew I needed to take my clients deeper to a place within themselves where lasting change could occur. Then I discovered Hypnotherapy, a beautiful extension of a guided meditation which takes you to a vast space within yourself. This for me was so exciting and I really felt like I had found my purpose.
As my personal journey continues, hypnotherapy, past life regression therapy and reiki are the cornerstones for me as a soul on this earth. It can be painful when relationships end, but when you understand the soul contract and can work energetically to release that from your energy field, the process of gaining your self back is one of self discovery and honouring.
Exploring the Spirit world through Life Between Lives has taken my own journey to a new level of awareness as I step even further into my purpose and offer this amazing space to those that are seeking to understand the ultimate truth of who they are.
