DESCRIPTION OF TREATMENTS
MASSAGE
Massage involves the treatment of soft tissue tension and damage. It relieves tight muscles and energetic stagnation to increase flow throughout the body thereby helping to correct imbalances in your body Massage is also a wonderful way to relax the body and mind, letting go of physical and emotional tension and restoring a sense of harmony and balance.
Massage will help to relieve your pains, relax your body and mind, leaving you to feel refreshed and energised.
Beyond Therapies offers Swedish / relaxation massage, intuitive massage therapy.
REIKI
Open up and relax into this gentle form of energetic healing. This non invasive hands-on treatment can assist with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, insomnia, muscular and arthritic pains, depression, grief and trauma. Reiki holistically addresses the emotional, mental, spiritual and physical levels simultaneously. You will experience a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.
Following surgery or injury, or during times of stress or illness, Reiki gives your batteries a well needed recharge, improving your sleep, healing your body and mind.

ART THERAPY
Art therapy is an empowering modality that integrates emotional, physical and spiritual understanding of the self.
A series of creative processes allow you to approach difficult issues, in a non confronting way, more clearly and safely than with words. These processes gently bring you back to your centre offering deep healing, new insights and change at the core. Art Therapy facilitates the unfolding of your own creative potentials and problem solving abilities.
Individual sessions as well as group work are available for adults.
Art experience is not essential
Programs are devised to suit your specific needs.

How is art used as therapy?
By nurturing and developing a child's self esteem, confidence, motor skills and co-ordination. By promoting creative problem solving , imaginative and individual thinking, the child develops a strong sense of self, and the ability to find relationships with their inner and outer worlds.
The focus of Art therapy is on the process which provides a powerful personal statement, rather than focusing on the art form itself!
It can help with behavioural and emotional problems, learning difficulties, developing self esteem, creativity and individual thinking.
Suzanne is an art educator and therapist, (BA Vis Art, Hons Fine Art, MA. Art Ed/Therapy),with extensive experience over 25 years with gifted children and children with special needs. With her experience in various sensitive issues ranging from serious illness, grief, relationship problems, adolescent crises, learning difficulties, lack of concentration and mild autism, Suzanne's programs have helped many children and changed their lives.
Each child is individually attended to with programs devised to suit their specific needs.
CHI NEI TSUNG
This specialised massage technique is combined with breath work and focuses solely on the stomach area, balancing the organs and associated meridians. It is especially beneficial for strengthening and soothing bowel, bladder, kidney and liver problems, thus regenerating the whole body.
EAR CANDLING
This ancient treatment is used for Ear, Nose and Throat problems, such as throat congestion, sinusitis, glue ear, tinnitus and hay fever. The gentle chimney effect inside the ear candling gently massages the ear drum and sinus passages, regulating ear pressure, increasing lymphatic circulation and immune function, whilst removing excessive wax and impurities from the ear passages.
Only certified BioSun Ear Candles are used for quality and safety. Great for Kids and Adults.
PSYCHIC GUIDANCE- Clairvoyance, Palmistry, Coffee cup readings
Suzanne's approach to readings is to give insight and offer a space to contemplate issues. Her insightful intuition paves the way for acknowledgement of one's own strengths and weaknesses, thus offering a range of realistic possibilities and opportunities to empower and assist in the building of one's own problem solving skills. This is done whilst energetically tuning in and receiving spiritual guidance.
Suzanne is a psychic and a healer.
Having studied Palmistry with internationally acclaimed Vedic master, Haart De Fouw, she soon realised that she had a great passion and talent for this modality and has, over the years, participated in Mind Body Spirit Festivals , corporate events and private parties, as well as many local psychic fairs.
