Vedic Meditation brings deep inner rest and relaxation to the mind and body which results in being calmer and stress free outside of meditation. Releasing stress every day brings greater clarity of mind, creativity and improves our health and well being.

How to learn

An introduction talk to Vedic Meditation is conducted by Liz giving you information about the practice and technique and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

People attending can make an informed decision if they wish to learn more about the practice. This one hour session is free of charge and obligation.
