This bodywork is very effective in creating movement and flow within your body. It covers many modalities from relaxation to remedial and deep tissue
It differs from other styles of massage/ bodywork in that the basis of the training is physically based using fluid movements that are designed to create rhythm, balance and receptive sensitivity within the practitioner.
A bodywork session is tailored to the needs of your body and is relaxing as well as deeply invigorating and effective.
Hot Stone Therapy
Performed with the understanding of the stones energy and the sensitivity to the needs of the receiver, this is an extremely powerful mode of relaxation.
The stones are chosen for each session according to their particular type of potential energy and applied following Kahuna Principles.
A 1 1/2 hr session combines Hot Stone Therapy with Kahuna Bodywork.
An ideal treatment for anyone who is stressed or overworked.
Bodywraps, Scrubs and Facials
Daniele offers bodywraps, scrubs and Facials using natural products. She combines her salon experience and Hawaiian training to create luxurious treatments in a nurturing, peaceful environment.
These can be stand alone or combined to form packages.
For those that are looking for that extra nurturing touch.
Hot shower available with all treatments.
Infared sauna and spa bath available by arrangement.
Bodycare Retreats
Daniele and Ross offer retreats as a way of expanding your mind and body. They combine yoga like stretches with movement. These retreats are guided by the nature based principles that underlay their training in Hawaii.
They also organise retreats with Ho'okahi, their instructor from Hawaii for thos that wish to learn the bodywork and hot stone therapy.
