Welcome to Bikram Yoga Hobart
Bikram™ Yoga is one of many different Hot Yoga styles. Bikram™ Yoga is a series of 26 postures conducted over 60 or 90 minutes, beginning with a breathing exercise to warm up, progressing through 24 asanas (postures) and finishing with a toxin-eliminating breathing posture. This series of postures works you systematically through your entire body.

Bikram Yoga Advanced class for everyone - not only advanced students. Explore your body and learn variations and new postures. Every fortnight Nene will take us (yes all of us) on a journey through our bodies.

“Practicing the advanced series of 84 postures will lead your practice to a whole new level and is a fun way to see what your body can do.
Be amazed at how fast your body opens up and your postures improve from one week to the next. It is recommended that you practice the morning class before the advanced starts so that your muscles are already warm and ready for the advanced postures. The advanced class is a lead class, meaning we practice altogether, so it is fun and casual.”
Visitors from interstate are welcome ! Enjoy a weekend in Tassie and practice our advanced class on Saturday and a 60 min class on Sunday!
