Childrens Health Assessment

Dr Michael Black is available for consultation at both clinics for children’s’ health issues. His studies for Masters in Chiropractic Paediatrics assist in helping a wide range of health problems in children. We recommend all children have their spines assessed in their young, growing years.

Multi-Disciplinary Approach

We have long held that offering various other services in the clinics in addition to chiropractic complements our care and adds value for our clients. We encourage the use of regular deep massage, acupuncture and correct lower limb balancing with orthotics. Our clinics offer all of these services. Call for details.

Our Practice Aims and Standards

  • The Michael & David Black Chiropractic Group was established in Lower Templestowe and Armadale in Victoria in 1985. We are a father and son practice.

  • We embrace and respect the traditional view of chiropractic philosophy which teaches that the body’s ability to remain healthy, self-regulating and self-healing is controlled by the brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of the body. We believe that interference to nerve flow in the body alters our state of health.

  • We are committed to restoring, enhancing and maintaining health by removing nerve interference in the body by combining orthodox medical principles of physical examination and diagnosis with chiropractic; the art and science of spinal adjustment.

  • Our world is also the world of children; their health needs and the role chiropractic has in meeting those needs. We care about children and we care about their health.

  • We aim to explain chiropractic to people in a simple, understandable way to provide quality clinical care at the very best possible standard.

  • We aim to represent our profession to the public and the scientific community at the highest possible standard.

    Massage therapy, acupuncture, psychology available.
