A Shiatsu Treatment: will benefit you to clear conditions such as asthma, fatigue, sciatica, stress, menstrual problems, headaches, depression or insomnia by releasing energy blocks which cause disharmony and disease. Shiatsu will re-energize your body by freeing it of physical, emotional and mental stress.
A Sports massage: If you are a jogger, a rower, take part in mini-marathons, play football, cricket, soccer, basketball, and sustain an injury, treatment 48 hours after the event will alleviate pain, stabilize tissue, and realign muscle structures to speed your recovery and return you to participation in your sport.
