Energy Realignment

A hands-on experience, designed to recharge and realign your body’s energy flow. You will lay comfortably and fully clothed on a massage table focusing on your breathing and listening to relaxing music, while Mark very gently, silently and intuitively places his hands on you. You will begin to feel a warmth coming from Mark's hands as he relays energy to you.

Stress, tension, negativity and less than favourable life style choices (poor nutrition, and lack of hydration and exercise) can throw the body off balance, lessening energy levels to different parts of the body and thus weakening the body. This in turn can affect one’s emotional state, outlook on life, and the body’s ability to stay within the realms of what we consider healthy.

Mark is Diploma Trained in techniques influenced by Swedish, Remedial, Therapeutic, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Tui Na, Thai, Chinese and Lomi Lomi Massage Styles, all combined into one unique and effective style of Massage.

Encouraging the body to heal and rebalance itself, this massage places an emphasis on releasing old blood and trapped energy from the muscles. It aims to remind the muscles how to hold the skeletal system correctly, removing layers of tension, improving circulation, increasing detoxification and mobility.

Every Massage is tailored to suit your needs, going as light or heavy as you want or need it.

About Mark

Early on in my working life, I demonstrated a deep interest in obtaining and sharing knowledge about the emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves and their ability to affect the physical body, by working closely with a Kinesiologist and Natural Therapist.
Helping Clients get the best out of their bodies and lives through emotional clarity, nutrition and exercise gave me much pleasure. However, being young, I soon became curious as to 'how the other half lived' and decided to join the corporate workforce and did so successfully for some years.
Throughout my youth though, I had been experiencing vivid dreams and a sense of being ‘visited’ by loved ones who had passed. I then began sensing ‘presences’ in my waking day.
As you can probably imagine, this caused me great concern and raised many questions for me.

I sought the comfort and knowledge of experienced Clairvoyants, who strengthened my knowledge of the Tarot Cards and encouraged me to trust my sensory abilities and what I see beyond our physicality.

As I became more comfortable with what I was experiencing, my sensory and visionary abilities and the clarity they bring strengthened significantly. Meanwhile, my interest in the corporate world waned proportionally and I decided to put my trust in Spirit and begin to help those in need, once again.

So to cut a very long story short… Since then, over time, a series of 'seemingly unrelated events' brought me to where I am today.
I feel as though I was gently prodded and 'guided' towards working with people one on one to improve their state of being.

Working with the body, with Massage and Energy work and assisting those who would like to better understand and improve their lives, with Tarot Card Readings and connecting with Spirit, gives me much pleasure.
