About Jill Healy-Quintard
Jill Healy-Quintard of Body and Balance Pilates, YogaPilates, ChiBall Method, GROOVE Method, ZUMBA and STUDIO Pilates runs classes and small group and one on one sessions in Manly, Manly Vale, Brookvale, Narrabeen, Mosman and Neutral Bay. Jill is happy to show you how beneficial Pilates,Yoga, ChiBall and ZUMBA is for everyone.
ZUMBA FITNESS GROOVE Dance Classes and Workshops, ChiBall Dance and Private Reformer Sessions, as well as small group classes are now available.

The ChiBall Method is an exciting new addition to my timetable combining Yoga, Pilates, Dance, Tai Chi and Relaxation.Teen Pilates is for 12-16 year olds to maximise their sport/dance programs.

Jill was named a Top 3 Finalist in the Australian Fitness Awards in 2005, 2006 and 2007 for her developments, contributions and achievements in the Australian Fitness Industry. Jill was nominated and named as a finalist in the Fitness Professional of the Year Awards for 2008. Jill presents Yoga/Pilates Fusion and Fitness in France and at the Australian Fitness Network Conferences in Brisbane and Melbourne.
Jill said,"I love presenting to other instructors and being able to share my knowledge as a teacher of children and a long time instructor in the fitness industry."
Jill also writes for Fitness magazines and newsletters and completed a Diploma in Yoga Therapies in 2007 as well as teaching and managing Body and Balance Pilates/Yoga and Fitness.

Jill instructs to the general public as well as on a corporate level and designs programs for both children and adults in groups or one on one.
Jill is also a qualified Teacher and Sport, Shiatsu and Remedial Massage Therapist and brings her extensive Anatomy and Physiology knowledge to her teaching.
Jill and her Body and Balance instructors are qualified in Group Fitness Instruction,Yoga,Dance, ZUMBA, GROOVE as well as Pilates.
