Body Centred Living specialises in inspiring people to integrate the principles of Yoga and Tai Chi into their daily life. Where there is little time or space for a focused practice, Katie offers simple techniques to relieve tension and become aligned and centred. Body Centred Living offers a way to work with your mind and emotions based on the body as a means to moderate thoughts and feelings. When the BODY is nourished we feel CENTRED and able to more fully LIVE. This is why I chose Body Centred Living. Whether an individual with special needs or a corporate group looking for a way to feel good at work, me and my associated teachers will actually teach you about your body, your emotional life and your mind. WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES 2012
The physical postures are balanced with breath work, short meditations and concluded with a guided relaxation. The aim is to nourish and refresh. For beginners and those getting back into yoga. More advanced students are accommodated as they are encouraged to move into the full variation of the poses.

CORPORATE YOGA & TAI CHI
Corporate conferences
With extensive experience at conferences, during staff lunch breaks and early morning corporate wake ups, you can be sure we will have staff feeling centred in their bodies and alive! Teachers share their knowledge of yoga and tai chi with enthusiasm and a touch of humour.
One-off corporate classes run for 1hour from $250 for a group of up to 30 people.
Usually held at 8.00am before conferences or staff retreats begin for the day.
Ongoing Yoga at Work
Lunch times are another option from $120 a class for a minumum of 8 weeks, up to 16 students.
INDIVIDUAL TUITION
One-on-one individual tuition is tailoured to your specific needs and goals. From $70 per one hour class over a minimum of 6 weeks. The benefits are felt, and if they are held at your own home, you have the opportunity to create a personal space for your yoga practice and really take ownership of your practice. Your home can be a place to playfully, safely, expand and stretch.
WELLBEING SOIREES / YOGA SOIREE
A night in has never been so fun and felt so good! You and a bunch of friends get to experience the depth and breath of wellness practices, learn something new about yourself, and discover the treasures each one of us has to share. Katie is a trained facilitator with an up-beat style and a focus on the joys of life.

Cost is $50 per person. Special offer to March 2012: $45 per guest and the host enjoys the soiree for free. Minimum of 6 guests.
CITY RETREATS
Katie runs City Retreats for corporate clients. They are run during weekdays or weekends covering Yoga, Tai Chi & Chi Gung. Designed to nourish and refresh the whole person and create a dynamic environment for the group.

These retreats are run in house or we souce the appropriate locaton for you. The retreat offers a space to experience a sense of "filling up your bucket of resilience". Katie personally consults with you to provide a program that best delivers what you aim to achieve.
