BodyCraft Osteopathy offers a comprehensive range of treatment options for pain-free living. Lasting relief is achievable through use of a combination of traditional osteopathic techniques with a modern interpretation of acupuncture known as dry-needling.

About Ryka
My name is Ryka and I would like to share my discovery of the practice osteopathy. Initially, I found osteopathy while trying to find an effective solution to my own pain and discomfort. Years of computer use and repetitive tasks within a commercial laboratory were quickly taking their toll on my body- especially my neck and shoulders. Over time, I tried numerous treatment approaches including; manipulation (joint cracking), soft-tissue massage and acupuncture. While all- to a certain degree- no modality on its own provided a lasting solution to my problem.
Eventually, I was recommended the services of a skillful osteopath who was able to incorporate all of these approaches into one treatment package. The results were inspirational and I changed my career direction to provide osteopathic treatment to those requiring lasting change.
