Treatments are designed to take you to the next level of relaxation and healing. Strong deep remedial or relaxing Swedish, focused trigger point or the gentle, patient release of Myofascial Release Therapy. First we address the day to day usage of your body: hobbies, occupation, sports, exercise, posture etc. Then we look at areas of tension, pain or restriction and build a treatment plan from there. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs using a combination of techniques leading to release and rejuvenation.
