SERVICES Your trainer My name is Lisa and I love health and fitness. I commenced my Certificate III in Fitness in Adelaide and completed my Certificate IV in Fitness in Melbourne at RMIT.
I began my fitness career as a group fitness instructor but quickly realised there is a better and safer way to work out and get results.
I train with a personal trainer and have learnt the most amazing things about myself, weight training, health, fitness and life. I truly believe you can not be sucessful as a personal trainer if you do not continously learn from the best.
I am passionate about helping others achieve the mental and physical results I have achieved.
I care about my clients and ensure they feel comfortable and safe at all times!
