Birth can be very emotional, physical and mentally challenging. Learning how to work with the natural rhythms of your body will enhance your birthing experience for yourself, your partner and just as importantly your baby.
Born2Birth classes are intimate with just 3-4 couples in attendance. Your birth partner is encouraged to play an active role in the preparation for and during your babies birth.

I am a mother of 2 young children and have worked as a birth Doula in hospital and home birth settings.
I have a passion for all women to birth their children with informed choices and an awareness of the inner wisdom we all possess. I believe that by learning how to trust and surrender to your birthing body women can have relaxed, empowering and positive birth experiences.
I have personally experienced the profound difference Hypnobirthing® can make both before, during and after the birth of my 2nd child. It truly provides you with life skills which can be utilised well beyond the arrival of your baby. I became a certified Hypnobirthing® Educator because I wanted to share this wonderful program with others after experiencing the many benefits myself.
What is Hypnobirthing®?
HypnoBirthing® is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free birth. It is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world in a calm, peaceful loving environment.
Through a very simple program of self-hypnosis (deep relaxation), women learn to release emotions tied to fear-based stories and misinformation, and they are helped to see birth as a normal, natural and healthy life experience.
Women learn to trust that their bodies know how to bring their babies into the world in a calm and gentle way ~ as nature intended it.
