BOWEN THERAPY
The Bowen Therapy is unique in a field of bodywork. Its relatively few gentle 'moves' over muscles and soft tissue address the whole body, stimulating it to reset and heal itself.
The healing may occur at all levels as needed in:- Physical, Chemical, Emotional, Mental and Energetic, etc.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A TREATMENT
A Bowen session consists of several series of gentle moves through lightweight clothing (or on skin). In a Bowen Office or Clinic, the client usually lies on a bed or bodywork table or, for comfort in a chair. Bowen can be done anywhere - on a sportsfield, in a hospital room at the site of an accidentor on any form of transport.
A session may last from 15 mins to 1 hour. Generally a few sessions are needed to alleviate complaints:- structural, functional ot even long standing. The results hold for a long time generally, until there is a re-injury

Bowen Theraly is appropriate for everyone from new borns to very elderly and frail. Highly trained athletes and pregnant women benefit equally, each according to need.

ION CLEANSE FOOT BATH
The Idetox Ion Cleanse Foot Bath is a gentle non-invasive therapy, which stimulates the body to help support the body to detoxify naturally, helping restore your natural equilibrium and well being. During an Ion Cleanse treatment the Ion Cleanse unit delivers a small amount of low level, electric current into the array (electrode)which results in a reaction with the array, the water and salt (added to help conductivity and increase the ionisation effect) to generate positivily and negatively charged ions.
When the feet are placed in the water the interaction of the positive and negative ions re-energises, re-vitalises and and achieves a higher state of well being.
