Bowen Therapy is a very gentle yet highly effective remedial technique.

It is safe to use on people of all ages, we have even treated an infant only two minutes old.

Firm but gentle rolling moves are made over muscles, tendons and nerve groups. These moves stimulate the body’s own healing resources, which bring about profound changes in your body.
Affordable
Substantial relief from many problems and illnesses can be gained even after the first treatment. Generally clients need two or three treatments, usually one week apart.
