Welcome to Breathing Space
Breathing space is an eco-friendly, community focused yoga studio where several of avalon's leading yoga practitioners, natural and artistic therapists choose to gather.
We use and promote organic, sustainable yoga products to raise awareness as we believe healing the planet is synonymous with healing ourselves.
You will find a wide variety of yoga styles and supportive therapies as well as seasonal cleansing programmes; guest master teachers; yoga workshops; specialist prenatal, postnatal & mums'n'bubs yoga classes plus local & global charity initiatives & art exhibitions.
The studio has a new Bamboo Floor with thick underlay - very comfy with a nice amount of give.
