SERVICES
Remedial Massage - Uses different techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and more, to realign and address specific areas of pain or discomfort in the body. It is great for headaches, back pain, neck pain and other joint and soft tissue concerns.
Deep Tissue Massage - Works deeply into the soft tissue layers including muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia to relieve tightness and improve range and mobility.
Oncology Massage - Is a safe, gently and therapeutic massage for anyone diagnosed with cancer. It can be tailored to suit all stages, treatments and types of cancer and allows the client to receive a positive touch during a time that can be very stressful and difficult.
Pregnancy Massage - Can be done safely during all stages of pregnancy and post-partum. It can combine both remedial and relaxation techniques to alleviate symptoms such as joint and soft tissue pain, fluid retention and stress.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Works specifically on the lymphatic system to improve its function. It is a gentle treatment that enhances the immune system, assists drainage of excess fluid and improves post operative care.
Reflexology - Involves massaging specific areas on the feet which correspond or organs, glands and other parts of the body. By stimulating these areas, the body is encouraged to heal and balance from within.
Reiki - Is a very relaxing and nourishing 'hands on' treatment which balances and restores the body's energy levels. It can be incorporated into any of the above treatments or performed as a complete treatment on its own.
QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Bronwyn has been a registered remedial massage therapist since 2003 and has completed both a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Since 2006 Bronwyn has undertaken specialised training in pregnancy massage and more recently, training in oncology massage. She also holds qualifications in lymphatic drainage, reflexology and reiki.
