A typical treatment may incorporate several healing methods, and will depend on your personal needs.
For example, Janie may use Kinesiology to detect the root causes of ill-health and then apply another technique such as Reiki or Reflexology to restore good health.
Kinesiology
Identifies blockages in the body’s natural healing process. These dysfunctions are repaired by focussing on reflex and acupressure points, the use of specific body movements, nutritional support and counselling. Kinesiology can relieve pain, stress, muscular and nervous disorders, detect and treat allergies, hormonal imbalances and nutritional deficiencies.
Reflexology
Massage of the feet using reflex points to detect and treat health imbalances in the organs, glands and
other parts of the body.
Reiki
hands-on, non-invasive technique for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. Reiki removes energy blockages, bringing the body into balance and harmony.
Massage
improves circulation, reduces muscle tension and stress, and encourages relaxation. Massage prompts the release of endorphins which produces feelings of wellbeing.
Dorn Spinal Therapy
Uses motion to divert muscle tension in order to realign bones that are out of place, in a safe and non-invasive way. It does not involve manipulation.
