Our philosophy is “Balance & Moderation”
This means that eating for health isn’t about abstaining from delicious food or continually battling with your will power. Rather, a good diet is based on a balanced approach that affords you the occasional indulgence.
Sure … sometimes we may ask you to cease a particular food for a month or so in order to allow your gut or immune system to repair itself – but generally its all about balance and moderation.
Correcting any specific nutrient deficiencies is done using quality, practitioner strength vitamin and mineral supplements.
2. HERBAL / NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS treat disease and balance your body’s functions at a physiological level, in a safe and highly effective way. We take great satisfaction in seeing the broad range of problems that supplements can address and the subsequent improvements in my clients’ health.
3. TESTS are used to establish what is out of balance within your body, so that we know the best course of action to treat the root cause of your condition – and not just your symptoms. Tests may include Live Blood Analysis, Bad bacteria, Candida, Oxidative Stress, Heavy Metal, PH plus questionnaires.
