Kinesiology is a complete non-invasive holistic approach to physical and emotional wellbeing. By addressing your body as a complete and functional unit – Body, Mind & Spirit; Kinesiology can determine your body’s ideal and sometimes unique way of bringing you back to your optimal state of health and function.

Muscle testing is used to identify imbalances/ stresses in your body. It is a gentle practice that can be applied to all ages from children through to adults and the elderly.

Are you aware that the body’s innate ability to heal itself is often compromised by our lifestyles and stresses?

Kinesiology looks beyond symptoms. It accesses the body’s innate ability to heal, promptly identifying the true cause and core of the issue to clear and rebalance the body. This in turn, facilitates a pathway for the body to heal itself.

Kinesiology combines many techniques to bring balance and harmony back into one’s life, including :
  • Nutritional guidance
  • Postural Alignment
  • Acupressure
  • Meridian System

Raynor Massage
Raynor Massage is a system of bodywork that covers not just the muscles of your body but also the skeletal system and the subtle energy systems of the body. The goal of Raynor massage is to find any residual tightness or blockage in your body and release it. Whatever technique/s used, must always be evaluated against this goal. Will this help eliminate your tension or not? is a question that will always be asked.

Working with your body as a complete structure, emphasis is given to important parts of your body that are often neglected by traditional massage therapists, such as the abdomen, the sacrum, the hips and the feet, hands and head. These areas tend to hold a lot of stagnation and blockage of the life force; and freeing them up will generally have a great benefit not just to the areas concerned but to the whole being.Your practitioner will address residual tension caused by emotion or stress.

A blockage or disruption in the flow of Chi or Prana (life force) may cause an area of the physical body to become tight, blocked or forced out of position (in the case of the posture).

By using techniques and knowledge fromTCM, Ayurveda, Reflexology and Hawaiian medicine, this deeply relaxing massage will address and target your requirements, bringing your body back into harmony and function.

How often should I get a Raynor Massage?
  • You may choose to enjoy Raynor Massage whenever you like as aform of tension release and relaxation
  • However, with the Raynor form of massage, the goal is complete elimination of muscular tension in your body and to restore a healthy flow of Chi/ Prana. A treatment plan may be required.
  • This may take 10-20 hours of treatment to get your body to the stage where only maintenance massage is required.
There are several steps to this:
  • Step 1. Initial treatments (Excavation Treatments) are aim at unveiling and removing deep seated tension out of your body. This type of treatment can be more painful than later treatments as old seated tensions tend to produce most pain and discomfort when it is accessed. There is also a likelihood of an emotional release. These emotions may stem from trauma caused by accidents, injuries or even childhood stresses etc.
The excavation treatments should be scheduled far enough apart that any muscle soreness or bruising has gone away and that any healing crisis has run its full course. (This may take io or more hours)
  • Step 2. Maintenance Massage is recommended when all muscular tension has been released and you are in a state of loose muscles’ Frequency will depend on your individual body, your stress levels or physical strain.
What is a healing crisis?
  • A healing crisis is where toxins or old emotions are stirred up and you may feel worse before you get better
  • This may be the case where old scar tissue is massaged or stomach tension is released.
