Remedial and Relaxation Massage
Provides a natural healing treatment. It treats the whole body and traces the discomfort to the original cause, healing both the injuries and tired muscles of the disorder as well as the aches, pains, stiffness and lack of strength. Many different techniques are used during these sessions inculding Trigger point therapy and myofascial release. All massage treatments will be specifically taylored to your needs.
Workplace Massage
Massage can be performed on a portable desk headrest or massage table. We provide 10-15minute massages and include ongoing education for staff relating to their muscular health focussing on posture whilst at their workstation. Availabilty and pricing on request.
Pregnancy Massage
During pregnancy clients can be massaged with in a side lying positon or with the use of a special pregnancy cushion. Massage can help ease any discomfort experienced with this wonderful phase of your life and provide that much needed time out for yourself.
Home Visits
We provide regular massage to many clients who may find it difficult to visit the clinic. Please call to discuss availabilty.
