Naturopathic consultations
We make a full assessment of your health by taking a thorough case history and combining this with key testing procedures that measure factors of your health. At CBDNH, we use several tests that are included in the consultation:
Cellular age test
Mineral testing
Blood type
Live blood, food allergy testing and other specialised testing may also be required and these are extra costs.
At the end of our consultation, you will have a health plan outlining the use of any herbs or specific nutrients, as well as dietary and lifestyle modifications that will help you on your way to better health!

Why we use Herbal Medicine?
It works extremely well and often quickly for a variety of health conditions. We create individual formulations of botanical/plant extracts that influence particular body chemistry and systems that will make you healthier and stronger.
How does Nutrition help?
Nutrition has always been at the cornerstone of Naturopathic medicine and involves the use of foods and sometimes nutritional supplements to influence health and the disease process. We can only be truly healthy if we eat a nutrient rich diet, rather than the overly processed and nutrient poor diet alot of us can 'get by' on but will impact our health at some point. You also need to eat the right foods for you, which our Naturopaths are skilled in finding out!

Natural Fertility
Naturopath Rebecca Martin is a registered natural fertility consultant for Natural Fertility Services, where she is involved in the education and support for couples wishing to avoid or achieve a pregnancy. Her naturopathic skills and experience have helped many couples to achieve successful, healthy pregnancies. She offers:

• Preconception health care to help you achieve a natural, healthy conception, and can assist those with fertility problems to improve their chances of a successful pregnancy.
• Reproductive health care and treatments for specific hormonal problems such as endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome, adenomyosis, fibroids, low libido, dysmenorrhea (painful periods) and menstrual irregularities.

Practitioners
Rebecca Martin
Rebecca graduated from her Science degree and Naturopathic studies in 2002. She worked for the Golden Door health retreat as a Naturopath for a year, before starting private practice here in the CBD. She has studied further into the area of women's health and fertility and is currently enrolled into further study. Her passion is empowering women in all aspects of their fertility and the birthing process.
Eliza Finn
Eliza is a fully qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist and Energy/Spiritual healer with over 10 years experience in the health and wellness industry in a variety of sectors. As well as general practice, Eliza specialises in children's health and teaches meditation - often the missing link in our busy lives!
