Swedish Massage
A gentle, flowing relaxation massage, Helps you to sleep more deeply, increases circulation and lowers your stress and anxiety levels.
Remedial Massage
Would you like a solution for your sore and tense muscles? This type of massage reduces tension from postural problems, general aches and pains and helps get you back on you feet faster after injury.
Deep Tissue Massage
Do you like a really firm, deep massage. This massage reaches past the superficial muscle fibres, dissolving knots and tensions found while working deep into the muscle tissue. Good for increasing flexibility and problems that keep recurring.
Pregnancy Massage
Are you pregnant? let me relax you with a therapeutic massage especially designed to ease the stresses and strains on your body during pregnancy. Available 2nd and 3rd trimester.
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy
Are you feeling a bit toxic or maybe you have some fluid retention like swollen ankles? This light and rhythmic massage technique works on the lymphatic system to rid the body of excess fluid and congestion. Designed initially for the treatment of lymphoedema, there are many other benefits too. Such as providing relief from fluid retention, sinusitis and intestinal discomfort and boosting the immune system and the bodys' ability to remove toxins.
Seated Massage
An upper back, neck and shoulder massage performed through clothing while you are seated with your head and chest supported. Massages can be from 10 minutes to 1/2 an hour. Quick relief from upper body tension, especially good if you are working at a desk, on a computer or in the fast - paced corporate world.
Relaxing Meditation
Our fast paced lifestyles often lead to a feeling of disconnection. Meditation can help you to feel more grounded. Guided meditations encouraging your mind and body to feel more connected are offered in conjunction with the 1 hour or 90 min massage. Learn breathing techniques that enable more efficient use of oxygen and a calmer approach to life.
Corporate Massage
Massage in the work place! What a wonderful way to boost morale and reward hard work, while at the same time improving absenteeism and reducing workers compensation claims. Corporate seated massage and table massage are available.
Complimentary Treatments are also offered with the hour or 90 min appointments. You can choose a luxurious foot massage and hot towel wrap or Lymphatic Drainage Facial massage.
At the end of your treatment you may be shown some exercises or stretches selected for your needs and to aid relaxation.
Mobile Massage is available to women. Mobile Massage for men is available to existing clients only. Male clients are asked to attend an appointment at the clinic before being eligible for mobile massage.
