SERVICES
The cornerstone of my work is Educational Kinesiology, of which Brain Gym is a major part. This includes testing for the presence of poorly integrated reflexes and senses, which can be a major contributor to learning difficulties, memory problems and excessive stress.
A typical consultation would include an initial assessment to establish your individual’s needs. Then with that in mind, we develop a plan to meet your needs in a caring and professional manner.
For each session, we determine your goal and then use muscle checking (the kinesiology component) to determine what is the most effective means to attain your goal.
This may be Brain Gym (a gentle and energising program that includes movements to integrate the functioning of the brain for greater learning and productivity), Touch For Health or Zero Balancing (balancing body energies), Energy Healing (for example Reiki or Reconnection Healing), Sound Therapy, Flower and Shell Essences plus much more.
