As well as this the Centre of Focus is able to offer a spacious training facility where self development courses are undertaken.

Children’s Area
The Centre of Focus places a great deal of emphasise on children and what they want from a premises such as ours. Accordingly we have a designated area set aside specially for children where they can enjoy colouring in, or expressing themselves on the chalkboard and whiteboard set up specifically for them. As well as this every school holidays our qualified Colour Therapist offers Children’s Colour Workshops where the children get to express themselves creatively through their use of colour. The course runs for two hours and is loads of fun for both children and parents alike.
