Rebirthing Breathwork
Transpersonal Breathwork is a self-help breathing technique that can permanently enhance every aspect of life.
Based on the work of Dr. Stanislav Grof, without drugs or hypnosis, rebirthing breathwork sessions can very quickly clear built-up stress and blockages in life energy from your whole lifetime and before. Tensions from present and past problems melt away. Trauma, personal hurts and limitations are cleared as you gain access to your full life energy.
You may not realise the extent of the stress load you carry, because you are used to it, but stress causes illness. In a state of self relaxing expanded awareness, you can release underlying stresses that contribute to ill health.
Many people have reported benefits such as new wellbeing, understanding yourself better, releasing hidden stresses, transforming pain, problem solving, letting go limitations, greater self esteem, more vitality, more fun and joy.
Past Lifetimes Resolution
Your past is alive in your present – so you can immediately heal aspects of your life now, as you resolve issues through re-experiencing what seem to be your past lifetimes or parallel lives.
Simple techniques guide you into recall and processing. Hypnosis is not used. Belief in reincarnation is unnecessary.

Shamanic Energy Healing
Energy Retrieval or Soul Retrieval is adapted from an ancient Shamanic practice. With two people (client and practitioner) asking the energy to come home where it belongs, parts of the Self which have felt ‘lost’ after great pain or shock are returned to daily life.
Simple Energy Technique
SET provides freedom from negative emotions without needing to express the feelings or situation. The method consists of tapping with the fingertips at the end points of the body’s energy meridians.

Denyse is a qualified teacher and trainer/assessor. She is also a qualified Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner and Past Lifetimes Counselor. She holds a Certificate of Education, Diploma in Transpersonal Breathwork, Diploma in Past Lifetimes Resolution, Diploma in Training and Assessment Systems, Holistic Health Practitioner’s Qualification, Ministerial Degree and a Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Science. Denyse has many years of experience in Personal Development, Conflict Resolution, Stress Management and Trauma Release
Denyse is an ordained minister with the International Metaphysical Ministry. She adapts to the faiths and belief systems of all.
