Chalet Swisse Spa has over 20 years of experience in providing retreat accommodation. They know that the stretch from Batemans Bay to Broulee is a very popular holiday destination for tourists from all over Australia, each year welcoming thousands of people who are exhausted by the day-to-day stresses of city living. They come here to relax and unwind, hoping to rejuvenate their bodies.
Holistic health services (which aim to building health, rather than simply treat symptoms of disease) are now recognized by experts as the best way to relieve stress, revitalize health, achieve balance in life, manage health conditions and just create ‘wellness’! However, quality, holistic health retreats in the area are relatively scarce – and there is a real need to fill this gap.
Chalet Swisse Spa has developed a new type of holiday experience – ‘holistic health retreats’ – to meet the demands of our tourists. We’ve developed special weekend and midweek retreats that incorporate existing local health expertise and offer a range of holistic health services. Our packages deliver the three key aspects of health and wellbeing; emotional wellness, nutrition programs and physical health.
Our overarching vision is to give our clients a holistic health experience with take-home benefits; rejuvenation, sustained energy, better balance, happiness, wellness and a health strategy for the future.
