Chiropractor Dr. Benjamin Apap
Dr.Benjamin Apap is a qualified Chiropractor and a member of the Chiropractic Association of Australia. Benjamin completed a degree in a Bachelor of Applied Science (Complimentary Medicine) and a Masters of Clinical Chiropractic. Benjamin has a vast knowledge in various Chiropractic techniques with a particular interest in low force adjusting techniques that are gentle, safe and effective. This allows Benjamin to treat people of all ages. In addition, secondary modalities are often used with his treatments, which include massage, dry needling and mobilization. A particular focus is paid in patient education, this allowing the patient to understand the root cause of their injury and allowing them to understand the importance of spinal health to minimise prevention of future problems they might endure. Benjamin believes that everybody can benefit from regular chiropractic care, utilising this with exercise, a healthy diet, and relaxation can all help to achieve a healthy mental and physical attitude in everybody.
Remedial massage Therapist Sally Zammit
Sally Zammit completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2005 at the Australian College of Sports Therapy and is a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists. During her studies she also completed an Advanced Sports Massage Course and a Myofascial Dry Needling Course. Sally is very passionate about health and Wellness and treating the body with a holistic approach using various modalities in her treatments in the prevention of soft tissue pain and dysfunction. She has a great interest for injury prevention and rehabilitation and specialises in various techniques including Postural Assessment, Orthopaedic Testing, Deep Tissue/Sports Massage, Passive Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Dry Needling, Traditional Chinese Cupping and Acupressure, Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage.
