ABOUT FLOWER ESSENCES:
You may have already used flower essences like 'Rescue Remedy' or 'Emergency Essence' and found them to be very valuable.
Flower essences have been used safely for thousands of years to treat underlying emotional causes of disease and to improve health and well-being.

Introduced to Byron Katie’s Work in 1999, its simplicity and straightforward approach is what makes this Work a great tool. I also use Australian Bush Flower Essences and muscle testing as these three modalities complement each other so well on many levels – mental, physical, spiritual and emotional.

Initial consultation $60 ongoing visits $50
A first appointment doing The Work of Byron Katie, can take up to 2 hours, then 1 hour for any consecutive visits.
ABOUT ME:
I have a strong commitment to health, wellness and natural therapies. I completed my BK 'Work' facilitation with Jannie Alcorn-Durst and studied flower essences Level 2 with Ian White. I have also completed Bach & ABFE Flower Essences at Endeavor College of Natural Medicine, formerly The Australian College of Natural Medicine. I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy.
