Charmaine combines modalities of Kinesiology, Theta, Reiki, Acupressure and more to provide a gentle but powerfully effective treatment session. She has been a natural therapist for 7 years, but her interest in health and wellbeing stems back over 20 years.
She works with the body-mind-soul connection and how our subconscious thoughts and feelings can create energy blocks in our body that can manifest as physical symptoms.
Clearing these energy blocks and subconscious thought patterns then allows the body to activate the healing process.
