Counselling and Hypnosis are invaluable for treating any crisis situation, management of stress, grief and trauma, relationship or family problems and any emotional or psychological problems. Counsellors use a professional and interpersonal relationship with their clients, to enable them to develop an understanding about themselves and to make changes in their lives.
Counselling - Hypnosis
Counselling and Modern Hypnosis support you in safely exploring issues and challenges, and in uncovering new pathways to health and wellbeing. Benefits include increased stability and confidence, enhanced self esteem, better habits, improved relationships, and new life directions. I utilise a holistic approach of the mind, body and spirit as resources to assist in resolution.
Each person is unique and requires an approach that is tailored to their specific needs and goals. I have found that a multi-modal approach is the most effective way to create change. I use hypnotherapy, ego states and mindfulness-based practices, within a solid foundation of counselling and psychotherapy approaches to achieve results.
Consultations are confidential, professional and usually up to an hour in length. Frequency of consultations will depend upon the severity of the problem presented and may be either short-term or long-term.

ABOUT ME
After the birth of my first child, I became interested in learning more about childbirth and this enormously important and transforming period in a woman's life.
I trained as a childbirth educator, teaching prenatal and postnatal classes for several years, attending women at their births as support person and continue to assist women, their babies and new families at this very important time of their lives. I later trained as a counsellor and in hypnosis and remedial physical therapies.
My own life experiences have taught me that life is all about change and becoming a mother is one of the most inspiring changes that a woman faces
CONVENIENTLY LOCATED:
Sydney CBD in Macquarie Street, opposite the Botanical Gardens and in Annandale, in the innerwest of Sydney and look forward to hearing from you.
PAYMENT DETAILS: The first session is 1.5 hour for $130.00. Subsequent and consecutive sessions range from 1 hour to 1.15hr depending on you and are $110.00

- Individual sessions are $130.00
- My client hour is 60 minutes or longer as required
