My name is Cliff Trotter. I am a Results Trained Coach and I would like to invite you to join me in a complimentary one hour life coaching session for you to assess whether coaching is for you.
What is life coaching?
Coaching can be Life Changing as you set new goals that inspire you. You may decide to change careers, physically challenge yourself, move to a new place etc – through the coaching process major life changes can and will occur.
One of the central themes of coaching is that as adults we have the capacity to learn for ourselves, commonly referred to as Self Directed Learning. As a coach I assist in facilitating the process by insightful questioning, active listening, providing feedback and positive acknowledgment. Throughout the program of coaching, individuals generally experience some form of Personal Growth. It could be setting a goal that they otherwise would not have set. Achieving a goal that may have seemed impossible at the beginning. The creation of positive habits and new thinking. Insights that create the basis for inspiring actions and creativity.
Having a coach provides a Supportive mechanism to keep focused on your goals. The coach creates the setting for you to explore your thinking and to ultimately take the necessary actions to achieve your goals.

How does Life coaching work?
The coaching process is conducted over a 12 week period. It includes the following:
- Setting inspiring goals to achieve over the 12 weeks.
- Creating strategies or a logical path to achieve each goal.
- Setting actions each week related to each goal area.
3 simple yet powerful steps. Each session is conducted over a one hour period. There is a clear and concise agenda for each session.
About Cliff Trotter
Cliff has worked in a range of diverse of roles in his 33 year working career. Having left school at 15 he has gone on to complete 2 university degrees a Bachelor of Business and a Masters Degree in Adult Education and Work. These were both completed part-time over a 9 year period.
Cliff has worked in the following areas:

- Personal Development
Through his experience of changing careers and continuing education Cliff has developed the practical skills to facilitate the process required for effective coaching.
Having completed training with Results Coaching Systems Cliff is a Results Certified Coach.
Throughout the coaching process Cliff is committed to and focused on facilitating his clients self directed learning. His main aim for each client is for them to reach their full potential through the achievement of their goals.
