Holistic Therapies
I practise reflexology and remedial massage in two Melbourne clinics. I’ve been a practitioner for over six years and I find it a joy to connect with others through body work. I assist people to improve their relationship with themselves and their body within a safe and nurturing environment while providing an opportunity to confront deeper aspects of the mind/body connection. Depending on your needs I can focus on relaxation or on more remedial work.
My main aim through the treatments I give is to provide a space to enable the body’s voice to surface. This can bring about awareness of different states of being: emotional, spiritual, mental and physical. I strongly believe the feet represent the subconscious of the body and through a reflexology treatment we can experience new and unique understandings of our body and ourselves.
I believe health conditions are a result of whole processes in one’s life, past and present, and that a presenting illness is the part that surfaces, urging us to explore our deeper patterns. My knowledge in both reflexology and remedial massage enables a person to approach their condition on a physical and energetic level, assisting the healing process of the mind, body and spirit.

Reflexology is a gentle and relaxing therapy that balances the body and assists in self healing through the gentle application of pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands or ears. It is both drug and chemical free and is covered by many major private health funds.
