ABOUT ME
I have been involved in the health industry for over 30 years, but never formally run a practise exclusively dedicated to Natural Therapies until recent years. Colon Hydrotherapy is the perfect modality which embraces overall health and wellbeing at the ground level and I am very excited about being involved full time with the treatments and clients. A current member of the Australian Colon Health Association.
I have come from a nursing background and have practised vibrational medicine for many years along with energy healing. The clinic is now based on 5 tranquil acres at Burbank, just 15 minutes from Garden City and 5 minutes off the Gateway Arterial along Mt Gravatt Capalaba Road.
Along with the Colonic Irrigation I offer Raindrop Technique.
Raindrop Technique is an exciting new modality, which can be performed on both people and animals. In addition to being performed as a technique in its own right, the various elements of Raindrop Technique can be used to complement most other modalities, including massage (all forms), reflexology, bowen technique, shiatsu, chiropractic and physiotherapy.
Raindrop Technique derives its name from the art of dripping unadulterated, therapeutic-grade essential oils onto the body from a height (like rain), so that the oils interact with the physical body as well as the energy field. This was inspired by the Native American belief that raindrops falling from a height may purify and cleanse the body and spirit. Because the essential oils easily penetrate the skin and muscles, the technique works on deep levels of the body without requiring hard pressure or force.
Raindrop Technique was developed by essential oil researcher and naturopath D. Gary Young due to research showing that many forms of spinal misalignment are caused by muscle spasms and inflammation-producing bacteria and viruses that reside along the spine.
The first session generally takes about 75 minutes and follow up session 45 - 60 minutes.
Egyptian Emotional Clearing
Is a gentle yet powerful modality using therapeutic-grade essential oils and other energy-balancing techniques to promote a deep and sacred state of connection. The experience is often like an inner vision quest, or a heightened state of meditiation and mental clarity.
EECT is performed in sllience and reverence. During the session you are anointed with up to 14 different emotional blends of essential oil.
There is no "set" response when you receive an EECT.
The most common outcomes to this technique are an intense state of clarity around current issues, the gentle release of issues that are causing emotional and phyusical challenges, deep relaxation, and feelings of emotional bliss and heightened awareness.
A full session typically lasts 60 minutes plus discussion time.
Vitaflex Technique
Takes about an hour and covers the full leg and foot area using therapeutic grade essential oils, best described as a form of Reflexology. Avaliable mid February 2012.
