Welcome to Colour Resonance
I offer a wide range of workshops including, Colour Therapy, Colour Psychology, Aura-Soma Pracititoner Training, Reiki Attunements, Sound Days, Working with Crystals, Sacred Days for Women and Group Meditations. I also offer healing sessions incorporating colour, sound and crystals, specialising in Etheric Body Rescue to heal past shock and trauma. Aura-soma
"An array of clear glass bottles, each with an upper and lower coloured fraction, Aura-Soma can best be described as “a non-intrusive, self-selective, colour care system, complete within itself.” The bottles contain the natural energies of plants, herbs and crystals. The top half is held in an oil solution, the lower half in a water-based solution. Shaken together they make an emulsion which can be applied to the skin.
The Aura-Soma® system is non-intrusive because the client selects the bottles themselves. The role of the practitioner is merely to interpret the selection and, to assist in choosing a bottle to work with after the reading. A maxim of Aura-Soma is however, that “we may recommend, but we do not prescribe.” This maxim ensures the client is empowered rather than dis-empowered.
The system is self-selective because, when we stand before the bottles, there is a natural response between the bottles and the client which completely bypasses the egoic, logical mind, and chooses from the essence of who we truly are. We call this response, “sympathetic resonance” because something within the bottles is reflecting who we are, at a very deep level. In truth, “there is no difference between the colours chosen and the one who chooses.” When we select 4 bottles from the feeling side of our being, then that something deep within us is given expression, perhaps for the very first time. Essentially, “you are the colours you choose, and these reflect your being’s needs.”

- The Second Bottle reveals the Gifts that lie within the challenges we have faced.
- The Third Bottle shows the energies that are supporting us now.
- The Fourth Bottle gives an indication of the energies that may quickly follow.
From the 4 Bottles selected, there will be one which holds the greatest potential to bring forth the gifts hidden in our challenges. Working with an Aura-Soma bottle can help us to gently release what we have been holding inside that no longer supports us They bring more Light into our whole being, helping to realign old cellular karmic/genetic patterning so that we may move more easily into a whole new vibration.

After September 2008, Level 2, Intermediate training will also be available.

Colour Therapy
“Colour both affects us and reflects us.”
Colour Therapy is ancient form of esoteric healing which uses a variety of tools, such as crystals, silks, gel paper filters, colour breathing, sound, diet, flower essences and aromatherapy oils to re-balance our Chakras and Subtle Bodies.
Colour Therapy can be used on its own or with absolutely any other kind of modality.

COLOUR PSYCHOLOGY
Colour is the only part of the electro-magnetic spectrum which is visible to our human sight - a very small part when the spectrum is viewed as a whole. Nevertheless, even the ancient ones knew, colour has an immense affect upon us.
Contained with in the properties and qualities of each colour, is a deep psychology. There are many aspects to this, and many ways in which a clear understanding of the psychology of colour can be used to reveal memories of past lives and events, the environment in which we grew up and the karmic and genetic patterns that are still present as a result. Once revealed, colour can also be used to bring peace and harmony around any past or current events which are causing dis-ease within us.
Reiki
Reiki is a system of energetic and hands-on healing that was brought into consciousness through Sensei Mikao Usiu in 1922. In essence, it is one of the most simple and effective healing techniques we have. Through a serious of initiations or attunement processes, we are given the opportunity to awaken to something that, in truth, already lies within us.
Attunements for each of the levels can be arranged on a one-to-one basis or within a group workshop.

Healing Sessions
INTUITIVE COLOUR HEALING
A variety of tools is used to bring balance and harmony to the Chakras and Subtle Bodies.
Using an intuitive mix of Reiki, coloured silks, crystals, sound, & the Aura-Soma® pomanders & quintessences, re-balancing occurs on all levels of the body, mind and spirit. There is no prescribed or rigid format to these sessions, and they are different for each person, responding only to the energies presented in each moment.
ETHERIC RESCUE
This is a specific session to address past shock or trauma that is still resonating in the cellular and subtle body structures. Shock greatly impacts upon the Etheric Template and causes it to displace. This treatment helps to call it back home. (more on the Etheric Body)
HEALING THE ETHERIC BODY
When we “step-down” our energy field to be present upon the Earth, the last subtle form we take is the Etheric Body, also called the Etheric Template. Our physical body is an exact replica of the Etheric and our whole subtle body system acts as a “transceiver”, both giving and sending information, to and from the subtle and physical realms.
The Etheric Body is very sensitive to shocks of any kind and will not only be jolted out of alignment when a shock is experienced, but may stay out of alignment, sometimes for years.
Whilst the Chakras pass through our physical body, they are actually anchored in the Etheric Body. When our Etheric is displaced, a complete and effective Chakra balancing is simply not possible. Certain healing sessions may help for a short while but, inevitably, imbalance always returns.
Calling the Etheric ‘back home’ using specific colours and techniques helps, not only to re-position the Etheric Body but, more importantly, anchors it, so that it doesn’t drift out again after treatment. The Chakras usually come into balance naturally, as a result of the Etheric being re-positioned, but they are always checked and, if necessary, receive additional treatment to ensure they are aligned and clear.
CHAKRA MASSAGE
Using an original technique brought through by Vicki Engeham, one of Australia’s most experienced Aura-Soma® Teachers, a Chakra Massage uses the Aura-Soma® Chakra Set in a specific way to clear and balance the Chakras.

These are the bottles prescribed by Vicky Wall, creator of Aura-Soma®, as connecting most effectively, and gently, with each of the seven Chakras.
REIKI
Reiki is incorporated in all healing sessions, but does not follow a rigid sequence of hand positions. The hands are allowed to go wherever called, sometimes upon the body to work in the physical field and, sometimes off the body to work in the subtle energy field. Reiki symbols may be used to assist in clearing imbalances and to anchor the rebalancing.
