Beverly Windsor

With over 30 years of experience in the natural medicine field, Beverly has a Bachelor in Health Science (Naturopathy) and a Bachelor in Arts (Sociology). Having owned 3 health food shops, she had also worked in a naturopathic clinical practice for more than 20 years. Utilizing her expertise and in depth knowledge about diet, nutrition, herbal medicine and natural supplements, she is trained in the correlation between drug based and natural medicines; ensuring that naturopathic therapy is prescribed safely.

Loretta Aroha Nicoll

In addition to being a Naturopath, Loretta is also a Medical Herbalist and Iridologist. With international experience in natural health, she has a vast knowledge concerning many diseases and disorders. Helping to bring mental, physical and spiritual balance into the lives of many, she has a deep compassion in supporting others’ health and wellbeing.

What is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy has evolved out of ancient healing traditions that recognize the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. It takes a holistic approach which aims to restore health and wellbeing to the body by stimulating this curative power. A diverse range of healing modalities are employed, e.g. herbal medicine, nutrition, diet management, iridology, flower essences, and lifestyle techniques, in order to treat the whole person, rather than targeting the symptoms alone.

One of naturopathy's basic principles is that FOOD IS MEDICINE. Nourishing our bodies with food that is both nutritious and therapeutic, and eliminating or at least reducing foods which are degenerating, depleting and harmful to the body can improve or even eliminate many health conditions. Sarah focuses heavily on diet in her treatment plan.
