A relaxing full body massage which reduces stress, manages pain, improves circulation and relieves tension.

Pregnancy Massage
A wonderful pregnancy massage helps to alleviate the symtoms of of tired muscles, morning sickness, restless legs, swollen ankles. You deserve to be treated well during pregnancy!
My most popular pregnanxy treatment is 1.5 hour session that includes a full massage with reflexology and a glorious head massage...pure bliss!

Reflexology
I have studied with Moss Arnold at the Australian College of Chi-Reflexology.
"Chi-Reflexology" is a unique approach developed by the Moss, the founder, which combines the Chinese philosophy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), with the science of Reflexology. The result is a unique approach that emphasises a wholistic and balanced approach to Reflexology.
The effects of Reflexology range from relaxation and stress reduction, through improved circulation and nerve supply, to the treating of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
This type of reflexology is especially perfect for :
Maternity/Labour- because it is gentle, helps with odoema,and is excellent for balancing hormones! I have treated women right through their pregnancy with amazing results. I trained with Sue Enzer, who is the guru of maternity reflexology.
Palliative care - In the same way, chi-reflexology is great for older clients and terminally ill clients who have love the healing touch of a foot/hand reflexology treatment.
