Typically in today’s highly stressful and complex society a true state of balance and well-being is rarely achieved, inspiring people towards Complementary Medicines and alternative ways of living to help optimise their quality of life.
Naturopathy is one such form of complimentary medicine which assists in Creating Wellness in individuals. It uses a variety of scientifically validated, as well as traditionally tried-and-tested remedies and modalities, in the treatment of disease and the promotion of health and well-being.
At Creating Wellness a variety of modalities are commonly used to address an array of acute and chronic health conditions; as well as being used to enhance a disease-free individual’s potential of achieving optimal health.

About Nicholas Antlitz
Nicholas Antlitz graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) Degree in 2006 at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Fitzroy, Melbourne. He is currently practicing in the highly successful Health First Wellness Centre, which has operated in various locations throughout Melbourne over the past 10 years.
Nicholas is an experienced practitioner in the treatment of a variety of health disorders, with a specialist focus on:- Weight Management
