COUNSELLING:
Life is constant change. Sometimes we experience situations of intense confusion and hopelessness. That is normal.
Through talking things over you might get a clearer picture in your mind what your issue is all about and what you want to do about it.
I combine the strength based approach, inner child and cognitive behaviour therapy. Often I use the interactive drawing technique as well.
A counselling session is usually of one hour length.

REIKI:
Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho Tradition)
Here I work on your energetic field. Every experience we have leaves a residue of energy in our bodies. Our body can become quiet contaminated with stagnant and negative energy.
Often chronic pain can indicate a major energy blockage. When energy can flow freely our well being and health are enhanced.
REIKI is of benefit to your overall physical and mental well being. It is best to commit to a REIKI session at least once a month to get the best results.
Often people feel an instant relief of tension and experience physical relaxation at a very deep level. Some people fall asleep.
Physical conditions like back pain, headaches, etc. might need a course of REIKI session to show improvement.
This is an excellent therapy to relief stress, anxiety, depression. It has been proven that REIKI influences the brainwaves. To enter a state of calmness the brainwaves are usually in alpha or delta mode. This can be particular helpful before an important meeting, exam etc.
A calmer mind allows you to enjoy a calmer and more balanced life.<
COACHING
Coaching is a goal oriented modality. Together we will discuss what area of your life you would like to alter and how.
We will establish a clear goal and discuss strategies that will support you in your efforts of achieving this.
I will be your coach on the sidelines to keep you on track and celebrate your successes and will be of support when the going might get tough.

TRAINING:
Generic Workshops:
These workshops are designed around a certain topic. The topic is explored in depth and participants are encouraged to work through their own experiences using the skills and knowledge learned in the class. The workshops are interactive and participant focused.
There will be no more than 15 participants to one workshop and no less than 6. It is important to me that I can relate and discuss issues with participants. Course notes will be provided.
Tailored Workshops for organisations, schools, groups:
If there is a specific issue that you would like to address it might be more helpful to look at this option. A tailored workshop takes care of your specific needs. I will explore with you the outcome you are wanting to achieve and then discuss with you the various options available.
Often I will ask to speak with all the people involved to get a holistic picture of the situation. That often helps to create a workshop that works for everybody involved.
