About Us
The structure of the class changes according to the season, time of the month/day & the energy of the class.
Through your breath you will get to know YOURSELF again. By keeping awareness& feeling your body, you will learn how to enter & exit the postures kindly & gracefully.
THIS UNIQUE APPROACH allows you to challenge your mind and body, working INTERNALLY and EXTERNALLY, to strengthen your nervous system as well as your physical body. You'll be introduced to the LIGHT side of yoga / life, having fun within the process.
THE RESULT is clear thinking, improved metabolism, blood and lymph circulation & general wellbeing.

Shiva has been practicing different styles of yoga for the past 15 years & holding retreats, workshops & courses for the past 8 years.
She is a member of Yoga Teachers Association of Australia as well as Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher. She has studied Physics and has graduated in Science. Corporate Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, Remedial Therapies, Sports Injury Therapy, Weight Loss, Yoga
