PRACTITIONER INFORMATION
Danita is a qualified Kinesiologist who has had extensive training in modalities and subjects such as Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology, Touch For Health, First Aid. She has studied Reiki, Mandala art, sacred geometry and holistic health courses. Danita is registered with the Australian Kinesiology Association.
Danita has her own family; her husband and teenage boy, and knows how challenging it can be to maintain your own health and wellbeing while raising a family, starting a business, working, and studying. Danita can confidently say...... she understands! Danita, together with you, aims to develop realistic, personalised and achievable wellbeing goals that fit into your current lifestyle and commitments.

PERSONAL MANDALAS:
A Personal Mandala (Sanskrit=sacred circle) is a unique artistic symbol. I work with you to develop an original artwork, hand drawn & painted on paper or canvas. With information you provide during our consultation, my intuition and meditation, a sacred symbol is created for you. I present you with the finished Mandala at your follow-up appointment.
Commission an original mandala for your Home, Child, Relationship, Business, Celebration of Birth or Marriage, for Meditation, or any other focus. Mandalas can be used in personal healing. They can be placed in a room or space to create energetic changes. Your mandala serves as a visual tool, providing insight and empowerment. A description of the mandala is provided for you.
Personal Mandalas make great GIFTS too!
Order a Mandala to be created for someone you care for and I will discuss what is required to do so. Order a Gift Certificate to present to your friend. Then they contact me to schedule a time for a personal consultation.

Personal Mandalas are created on Art paper or Canvas. (These prices approxmiate only, final fee is determined by hours per art piece and size) :
A5 size mandala from $60+ AUD
A4 size mandala from $120+ AUD
A3 size mandala from $200+ AUD
Other sizes on inquiry. Postage & Handling also applies. A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. The balance plus postage will be billed when your mandala is completed. Allow six to eight weeks for creation and delivery.

CREATE A MANDALA – WORKSHOP:
Would you like to create, colour and interpret your own mandalas? But don’t know where to start? I can assist! In a small group, I guide you through this simple yet powerful process. Just show up! You are provided with some drawing materials, work-sheets and a guide for home use. You may like to book a one-on-one workshop, if you prefer individual guidance.
Why choose a Mandala workshop?
Mandala making is fun, informal and educational. While drawing mandalas your awareness is focussed in the Present. The mind slows its chatter, emotions flow, the body calms and the breath deepens. Drawing and colouring mandalas engages your creative right brain.
It’s an activity suitable for ALL age groups, so I offer both adult and children’s sessions My aim is for you to really enjoy your time with me, share with the other participants with a heart centred focus. I want you to leave feeling “I CAN DO THIS!” and to continue mandala making as a creative outlet, in your own home and time! And most importantly, NO previous art experience required! School Holiday Times are also available.
MANDALA WORKSHOP PROGRAMME:
Adult (group) "Introduction" – 3 hours ($60- AUD)
Adult (group) "Explore" mandalas or "Transform" - 8 hours ($120-AUD)
Children (group) (7-15yrs) 2 hours ($30-AUD)
Kids & Parents: (0-8yrs) 2 hours ($60-AUD) per couple (grandparents, aunties etc. welcome)

Create your own personal VISION BOARD (also called a Treasure Map or Visual Explorer or Creativity Collage)
During the day, Kinesiology techniques will be used to assist you to focus. Your board is a visual representation or collage of the things that you want to have, be, or do in your life. There are many vision boards ideas - because every person is different.
NOTE : Having artistic ability is NOT a prerequisite for creating a functional vision board !! HAVING LOADS OF FUN IS !!
Currently 1 day workshop ($100-AUD) bring your lunch. Tea / Coffee supplied. (can be organised over 2 x sessions if required)

Seichim Master, Sekhem Reiki Level III. The Japanese founder of Reiki, Dr Mikao Usui called this energy system: Rei, meaning ‘universal,’ and Ki, meaning ‘life-force energy.’ Reiki focuses on bringing balance to all aspects of your being including body, emotions, mind and spirit. It can promote relaxation, reduce your stress, balance your past or present situations, or focus on future events.
Reiki assist's your body's innate healing system and can be used with standard medical care, works with natural and homeopathic medicines and may shorten healing time. There is no limit to its application and it is nurturing, gentle and heart centred. Danita uses aromatherapy sprays & oils, sound & music for added benefits.
All age groups – babies, children, adults, pregnant Mum’s and the elderly - benefit from a Reiki session! Reiki is a gift and a blessing - from the first moment it is received.

Initial Consultation & Balance, $75- AUD
On your first visit, Danita will spend time getting to know you so she can develop the best plan that will fit with your lifestyle. An evaluation will be performed including your past medical history, current dietary and lifestyle habits. Physical examinations such as posture, muscle monitoring and other tests may also be performed. * Please allow 90 minutes for your first consultation.
All Pensioner & Child (U15) and Return Consultations Adults $60-AUD On your return visits, Danita will assess your progress and adjust your treatment as necessary to ensure your personalised treatment plan is working positively within your lifestyle whilst providing you with optimal health and wellbeing.
*Please allow 45 - 60 minutes for your return visits.

EAR CANDLING
Ear candling treatment is for all ages. May ease symptoms of colds, sinus, hay-fever, blocked or “squishy” ears. May be of benefit to people who wear earplugs frequently, Bouncers, Musicians, Swimmers, Commercial & Sport Divers, Frequent Flyers (air pressure changes) and Workers in dusty environments!
It is a relaxing, and comfortable procedure. Candles are hollow candles made from natural organic beeswax, essential oils and cotton. The tip end is placed millimetres in the outer ear canal and the other end is lit to create a light suction. You have the Initial treatment and can book a follow-up session in 2 - 4 weeks and rebook for a maintenance treatment 3 monthly. There are some contra-indications so Danita will assess and discuss this at your initial session. The session includes gentle kinesiology relaxation to head and neck to re-balance before you leave the clinic.
EAR CANDLING FEE:
Initial Treatment: $50-AUD & Return treatments: $40-AUD *Please allow 60 minutes.
