I am dedicated to reducing your back pain to a level of less than 2/10 in less than 3 sessions. Was your last therapist? A detailed explanation can be found here at davesmuscletherapy.com

Introduction

I apologise if my web site is down for maintenance. Please try again soon.
I am currently setting up a free self help section.
Should you have any problems my temporary email address is dmt101@internode.on.net

My goal is to get your pain down to a level where you only have the occasional mild discomfort for a short period of time. I achieve this by increasing the blood and lymphatic fluid flow to the muscle.
This has the effect of strengthening the muscles while at rest which improves your posture.
The techniques I have found to be most effective at achieving this are Touch for Health Kinesiology , Bowen therapy and Dynamic Kinesiology.

Since nearly everyone achieves my goal, that in only 3 sessions your pain levels will be reduced from an average intensity of 8/10 to 2/10 ( occasional mild discomfort lasting only a short time ) I decided to give a Guarantee ( money back ). Most people achieve this in their first session.
Conditions apply ( see here ).

Some of the more common problems which I specialise in include:
  • Back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Neck & head tension or whiplash
  • Migraines
  • Body stress and tension
  • Sciatica
  • R.S.I. and Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
  • Musculoskeletal pain and imbalance
  • Pelvic tilt and leg length discrepancies
  • Other muscular problems

My philosophy is to start at the obvious muscle problem making sure that they are all working correctly and then look for other factors if needed. Which is why I start with Touch for Health Kinesiology and Bowen therapy to address the physical problems directly and then look for other contributing factors with Dynamic Kinesiology if it is needed.

Initial consult

The first session takes between 2 and 3 hours because I prefer to check most of the 42 muscles and treat the whole body instead of just using the quick fixes available to me. This ensures that the problem muscles have all been treated.
However I will do a short 1 hr session if requested but there will be no guarantees. As there may be other muscles causing your pain which have not been worked on, due to you requesting a short session.
I also use Reiki and a meridian tapping technique to remove emotional pain from memories.

For more information you can visit my website here.

After you have finished finding out how it works remember to check out the sections What should you expect from a treatment and What do I expect from you so that you know how I run a session, as well as how to get the most from it.>What do I expect from you so that you know how I run a session, as well as how to get the most from it.

Just a note of why memories can cause muscle pain.

Since starting in 2004 I have noticed that some of my clients have a reluctance in admitting to themselves that emotional stress ( memories ) may be a part of the cause of their muscle problems (especially if it keeps coming back). Which I find intriguing since most people when asked, will admit that they tense up their neck and shoulder muscles when they are emotionally stressed.
This is when Dynamic Kinesiology comes into its own due to it's ability to track down issues which may be effecting the muscles such as past memories ( e.g. car accidents ), diet problems and other causes.

Another thing of note is that emotional stress is on all of the lists I have seen as a contributing factor for heart problems, stroke, cancer etc so saying it can not possibly be a cause could be at your own peril.

Yours sincerely
Dave
