The initial consultation will involve at least an hour, where I will discuss the concerns that you have with your health. I will also consult with you regarding your past medical history including any lifestyle factors that may be impacting.
An individual plan will be created for you, which may include a combination of massage, acupuncture, herbal medicine and nutritional advice.
