It took me many years to realise the truth and the simplicity of this statement.

I would like to share the incredible journey with you, if you are ready to make the changes necessary to release you from the issues that are holding you back.

For me hypnotherapy and thought field therapy were truly life changing. There was no aha moment just a continuous shift from searching to finding moment to moment. When you are so self conscious everything is magnified against you, you continually question yourself in a negative way.

Through hypnotherapy and thought field therapy the negative is replaced with positive self perception. And then the joy begins.

When you truly desire change, anything is possible. People wanting to get fit seek out a personal trainer to assist them and guide them.

How does it work?
Our brain works in a similar way to a computer – it has a processor and a hard drive. The processor is in charge of critical thinking, analysing and interpreting data – it is called the conscious mind. And we also have a subconscious mind, which is similar to the hard drive of a computer. It’s where all the information and data is stored - your patterns, habits (good and bad), beliefs and memories. And these exist and function without you having to think about it.
During hypnosis, the conscious control of the mind is relaxed, and the subconscious mind is awoken into a heightened state of awareness.
Hypnosis is thought to work by altering our state of consciousness in a way that the left hand, analytical side of the brain is turned off, while the right hand, non-analytical side is made more alert. It is this right side of the brain, the subconscious part, which has to change for a person’s behaviour and physical state to alter.
