With this space-age technology we are able to determine how your cells are aging and even give you the biological age of your cells. This may be confronting for some people however the good news is that biological age can be reversed with the correct treatment and changes to diet and lifestyle.

THE NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION
During your first consultation, we will try to gain as much information about your health as possible. From there, a treatment plan will be made which is based on how we can work together in a partnership - the goal being your increased health and vitality.
You can opt to have a BIA test done at your first visit and we may also need to look at other testing.
Follow-up visits are very important to monitor your progress - how you are responding to herbal remedies or supplements and to keep up the motivation to make diet and lifestyle changes.

Relaxation massage is a wonderful therapy to rebalance the body. We use aromatherapy oils in almond oil to enhance the therapeutic experience.
Massage is a very important way to move toxins out of the body : to improve the flow of the lymphatic and circulatory systems.
