HOW I WORK
I work from an Integrative Relational Psychotherapy perspective, meaning that we will work together to understand the conscious and unconscious dynamics in your relationships and your way of being in the world. This new awareness can then expand your range of options for response to your environment, e.g. having a choice of behaviours, thoughts and feelings instead of automatically repeating the familiar ones. The therapeutic relationship is seen as the main vehicle for change in the therapy.
SAFETY
I am committed to client safety and ethical practice and participate in regular supervision, professional development and personal psychotherapy.
FEES
$110 for a 1 hour session (cash or cheque). A 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
