Practised mainly on a table using oils...
Acupressure, and meridian massage
Cupping and scraping (gua sha)
Moxibustion (therapeutic heat treatment)
Gentle therapeutic stretching
Traditional Thai Massage
Practised on floor level fully clothed combining...
Massaging of limbs, torso and head using thumbs, hands, elbows and feet applying rhythmical pressure along 'sen' energy lines.
Muscle and joint stretching including use of yoga asanas and stretches in sequences of flowing movements.
Manual Lymph Drainage
Methodical, sequential, circular, rhythmic movement of skin surface
Using gentle pressure applied with fingertips or palms
Offers relief from many common ailments such as:
Headaches
Stiff shoulders
Pains in hip and back
General sluggishness
Congestion
Weariness
and many other troubling conditions

The Therapeutic Medical massage which I provide is based largely on oriental medical theories which have undergone centuries of refinement. Its simple and effective techniques clear meridian vessels, stimulate circulation of energy and blood, loosen stiff joints and increase the body’s resistance to disease.
Therapeutic Medical Massage can provide centuries old natural treatments which you can also use in conjunction with your existing medical regimes.
