SERVICES
Through my use of Person-centred and Cognitive therapy I provide a space where you can explore your life and find your own answers. What this means for you is that I accept you exactly where you are now without judgement. We together explore behaviours learned from your past. This enables you to become aware of what is really going on now and why, giving you the freedom for new choices for the future. By working with you in this way, I can assist you overcome stress symptoms, anxiety, depression, addictions and relationship difficulties. I do not tell you what to do - my job is to support you find out what you want to do.
