Hi, I’m Sheana Kilmartin. I have been a holistic kinesiologist since 2006. People come to me when they’re stuck in a pattern or problem and don’t know how to release it themselves. Many are experiencing anxiety or depression, self esteem issues, fatigue, or specific problems with their partner or at work. Through kinesiology techniques, which clear blocks in energy, my clients experience more happiness and clarity and a deeper sense of self, which translates to more rewarding relationships and better quality of life.
Most of my clients have struggled alone with these issues or tried talking to friends and family or even counsellors with limited success. Opening up and talking about your problems is a great idea, but getting things out there doesn’t completely solve the problem. A skilled kinesiologist can facilitate greater change than you can expect to achieve alone. I achieve this by removing blocks in your energy that, left untreated, can lead to chronic emotional states and/or serious illness.
I am a current member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society and the Australian Institute of Kinesiologists.
To release yourself from depression or anxiety – to improve your health and relationships – and to boost your energy and self-esteem – call me on 0417 700 080 to make a booking today
Important note: As a complementary therapy, kinesiology does not attempt to take the place of medical intervention where this is necessary. I encourage you to inform your GP, or any specialists you might see, that you are also seeking assistance from a complementary therapist. Do not at any stage stop taking, or make alterations to, medication prescribed to you without first consulting the practitioner who prescribed it. Likewise, do not ignore or postpone any medical procedures recommended by a qualified medical practitioner. QUALIFICATION DETAILS BApp Sci (RMIT)
